Making A Purchase Making a purchase
Online purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
As well as online purchasing we accept orders on the phone and by post at the address below.

Call us quoting the name and colour of the products you would like to purchase. You will be asked for your credit card details, name address and phone number.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Amex,Visa Maestro, MasterCard, Solo& other debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship unless it is a special/ personalised item which is charged when ordered. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When you receive confirmation of the order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

In the UK our goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Post or using couriers, for the rest of the world we use surface mail, or airmail.
To calculate combind postage add the highest shipping to additional item charge for other products.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We aim to send your order to you in 3 business days. Countries outside the UK delivery will take longer.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit . When signing for a delivery that is damaged or unchecked please state this next to your signiture so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We will keep you updated at all times on despatch dates or estimated despatch dates if your item is on back order. |
Back Orders If when you place an order the item is out of stock, we can place it on back order for you and deliver it to you when it becomes available again. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We will endeavour to provide you with regular progress reports. |

All our toys comply with EC Toy Safety regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. Some items are not recommended for children under 3 as they contain small parts but many would be very suitable for a bright 2 year old.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days ( excluding personalised/special order items as once ordered they can not be canceled or returned) for a full refund excluding the cost of P&P.
Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you we will acnowledge receipt of your email within 3 working days if not received please contact us by phone & resend your email. You must return goods within 2 calenda weeks of cancelation. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Any goods returned should be in origional packaging and in a saleable condition and your refund will be paid as soon as posible within 30 days

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
